Custom mechanical component manufacturing
Baogong Precision traces its manufacturing roots to 2003, and the current company was established in 2019. We manufacture custom mechanical components to customer drawings, 3D files, and physical samples.

More than two decades of custom manufacturing
The predecessor, Dafeng Boda Precision Mould Factory, was established in 2003 to manufacture precision casting moulds and custom components. Yancheng Baogong Precision Parts Co., Ltd was formally established in 2019.
Baogong Precision manufactures custom mechanical components. After receiving a 2D drawing, 3D file, or sample, the factory confirms the material, geometry, tolerance, assembly position, and order quantity, with drawing development support available when required.
The supplied equipment list covers 24 equipment types and 94 units in total, including more than 60 high-precision CNC machines in the company profile. Resources include machining centers, CNC lathes and mills, drill-and-tap centers, CNC drills, saws, grinders, hydraulic presses, shot blasting, vibratory finishing, and CMM inspection.
Manufacturing services include water-glass and silica-sol investment castings, forgings, cold-headed parts, hot-forged parts, and machining from profiles, tubes, and bar stock. Surface treatment and component assembly are available when required.
We manufacture complex profiles, small precision parts, and repeat-production mechanical components. Orders may begin with a one-off sample or pilot run before moving into volume production. Drawing confirmation, production, inspection, finishing, and assembly can all be handled directly with the factory.
